Last Light on the Mesquite Flat Sand Dunes

I’ve struggled with the processing of an image since I captured it in early March. My intent was to demonstrate the last light hitting Mesquite Flat Sand Dunes in the Death Valley National Park. I also wanted to keep a minimalist vibe.

After the incredibly useful webinar yesterday, I gave it another try on Lightroom. Finally, an edit that I’m pretty happy with. Thank you for looking.

I don’t know how I missed this, absolutely stunning! It’s hard to get clean results when you go this dark but you have nailed it. Well done!
