On this morning near the mouth of the Klamath River in northern California, the weather was drizzly and misty and cloudy. Maybe there’d be some interesting cloud patterns, but it wasn’t what I expected…a warm golden sunrise shot. Back home I kind of ignored it. Going back to it this past week and working to bring out the shadows and lights more, I now like it. It certainly isn’t an “epic” shot, but there some depth now, it is moody, and the experience while I was there is a fond memory.
