Another sunrise in the San Juan Mountains. This time we were on County Road 7, or Dallas Creek Road, for sunrise in the fall. There were many photographers lined up on the road for this iconic location in southwest Colorado. As the sun rose, many of them took off. We decided to hang around a bit. When I took this photo there were probably only 6 of us left out of over 50 ( I didn’t count them!). I was glad that we hung around. Breakfast could wait!
